Standard methods of the DGHM

Test methods to prove the efficacy of chemical disinfectants intended for human medicine against bacteria and fungi. They are in part identical to the European Norms (EN). They are based on different approaches for examining hand, skin, surface, instrument, and linen disinfectants. A preparation can be certified or listed by the Disinfectant Commission of the VAH, when two independent tests yield the prescribed requirements (expert opinion).
